About Réspa
Dry eye–related discomfort has become one of the most common ocular challenges in Hong Kong and across Asia. With prolonged digital device use, environmental stressors, ageing demographics, hormonal influences, refractive procedures, and contact lens wear, modern lifestyles place increasing strain on the eyes. Many individuals experience persistent dryness, irritation, visual fatigue, and fluctuating comfort that affect daily performance and overall well-being.
Réspa – Optometry & Dry Eye Wellness Centre was created in response to this growing need for a more thoughtful, patient-centred approach to eye comfort.
Réspa is an optometrist-led vision spa dedicated to dry eye assessment, ocular surface care, and long-term comfort management. Our approach brings together clinical optometric evaluation, evidence-informed technologies, and eye-focused wellness practices within a refined, calming environment designed to support both visual function and relaxation.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, Réspa places emphasis on understanding each individual’s ocular condition, lifestyle demands, and contributing factors. All services begin with a structured optometric assessment, allowing us to develop personalised dry eye management plans tailored to each client’s needs. These plans may include patient education, home-care recommendations, and supportive in-office eye wellness procedures aimed at improving comfort and daily eye function.
Our mission is to provide a professionally guided, restorative space where individuals can better understand their eye health, relieve dry eye–related discomfort, and support their visual well-being as part of a balanced modern lifestyle.
Réspa is purposefully designed to support clients by:
-
Relieving dryness, irritation, and visual fatigue
-
Supporting tear film stability and ocular surface comfort
-
Enhancing visual comfort for work, performance, and daily activities
-
Encouraging relaxation, sensory restoration, and emotional calm
We believe that caring for the eyes extends beyond addressing symptoms alone. It is about supporting how people live, work, and feel every day — through attentive optometric care, clear communication, and a considered eye wellness experience.
Our Service is intended to provide relief and support care for dry eye discomfort. Services are provided within the scope of optometric practice and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment by a medical practitioner.
