i-Relief™ 冷熱敷眼罩

i-Relief™ 冷熱敷眼罩

$288.00

Ten minutes a day — the simplest piece of home care there is.

The oil in your meibomian glands thickens when the glands are blocked. Steady, moist warmth softens it so it can flow again. That's the whole principle behind warm compress therapy, and it's why we send most dry eye patients home with one.

Moist heat
Holds temperature steadily
Cold therapy too
Chill it for itch and swelling
Reusable
Adjustable strap, soft fabric

How to use it

1Warm compress, 5–10 minutes daily. Microwave, then rest it over closed eyes. Consistency beats duration — every day for five minutes does more than once a week for twenty.
2Follow with lid cleaning. Heat softens the oil; wiping the lid margin afterwards clears what's been loosened. The two together are far more effective than either alone.
3Or chill it instead. From the fridge it becomes a cold compress for itchy, swollen or allergy-irritated eyes.

What it does between appointments
IPL and MGX clear the glands in clinic. Daily warm compress at home is what keeps them clear until the next visit. Patients who keep up the routine hold their results noticeably longer.

Questions

How hot should it be?

Warm and comfortable, never hot. Follow the heating times on the packaging and test it against your inner wrist first. If it stings, it's too hot — let it cool.

Can I just use a hot towel instead?

You can, but a towel loses heat within a minute or two, and the temperature needs to hold to soften the oil. That sustained warmth is the difference.

How long before I notice a difference?

Give it a few weeks of daily use. Gland function changes gradually — this isn't a product where one session tells you anything.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the cover; follow the washing guidance on the packaging. Let it cool fully before storing.
